
Gives a New Meaning to the word Retrofit - Hee Hee! As a fitness trainer, I loved gaining the edge by using these things before a few 'unrelated back injuries' made it foolish for me to swing myself up on a bar. Used to do inverted crunches, oblique twists, squats etc, at home or in the gym and parks. Loved the results from working against gravity in the reverse. Fun Too! Cheap way to see if they're something you'd like to add to your routine and I can possibly drop off if you are within my regular city routes.
