The FDF Apollo Pro V FluidRower is one of the highest sought after rowers for its performance and beautiful construction. It has 5 levels of Adjustable Fluid Resistance provided by a Twin Tank system. At level 1, the Fluid Resistance is suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants or rehabilitation patients just starting on their fitness journey. Dial to level 5 for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints. It offers silky smooth resistance at any speed and at any level. With a firm instant catch and a consistent resistance through the entire stroke, it provides the closest emulation of on-water rowing, It also includes the Touch Heart Rate Handle which communicates accurate heart rate data directly from the handle to the console of your connected FluidRower. I paid $1700 in 2022 but unfortunately arthritis keeps me from using it. It's killing me, but I'm willing to let it go for half of what I paid for it.
