Kymco Vitality 2-stroke 50cc

I currently have a full shop of scooters to be restored. Not much room left to move around so I am prepared to take offers on this scooter. The Good: Scooter starts and idles New battery Great tires Good brakes Clean carb Clean fuel tank Clean filters New CDI (computer) New stator (generator) The Bad Scooter does not rev up to full RPMs Suspect clogged exhaust pipe Small rip on seat No Registration ( ICBC auction bike) Will not listen to offers that are not in person. If you are a serious buyer, come have a look and take it away. Scooter is located in DUNCAN. scooter will start, idle, but will not rev up to max. First come, first serve, no holds.
