1976 C&C27. I’ve had it for almost 5years now, used as a liveaboard. 8hp Yanmar diesel engine (1997), does not have an outboard. Sails and rigging are good shape, unsure of sail age. I sailed the boat to Sooke for haul out/ survey/ bottom paint in Apr 2021; performed great. Upholstery is all in good shape. Located at Westbay Marine Village in Esquimalt. Viewing by appt. $2000 obo
