This sweet lady could use some love. Her name is Serendipity - defintion: Unexpected adventures - and she has lived up to her name over the last several decades. She is a former race winner from Vancouver, and came into our family back in 1978, becoming a much loved floating home during the weeks we spent in the Gulf Islands in the summer. She's been sitting idle for quite a while, as my dad got too old to care for her and no one took up sailing. Dad passed away this past spring and I'd love to find new family who can, with a bit of elbow grease, get her back out adventuring. She has moorage! At Goldstream Boathouse at the bottom of the Malahat. A four hour sail the Brentwood Bay. Moorage is assumable at management's discretion - i.e. they'd like to meet the new owners to ensure good fit and to protect the other boats and owners at the marina. I need her gone quickly as her moorage is coming due on Boxing Day! if you pay by Dec. 26, you get the 2024 rate of $472.50/month, $2,787.75/6 month, or $5,481.00/yea including taxes.
