Help moving trailer

I need help moving a tow hitches travel trailer . It's 28ft none papered I had a spot but then the day of the move it fell through. Now it's sitting on a side street and bylaw has been coming around. I don't know where to take it no one has come to get it for free .. I have no vehicle and I have no one that can help.. I have no money for towing it and getting it to a junk yard .. and today is Sept 18 and it needs to get off the street where it is today tonight. Please help me or if u have a big bim u can bring me with the trailer to demolish it that would be great too and work.
