We are selling this beautifully renovated 1977 Triple E Surfside travel trailer as it can no longer accommodate our growing family. The inside of the trailer was completed gutted and rebuilt by the previous owner. It has a new fridge, Dometic portable toilet (970 Series)- never used by us, hydraulic lift double bed with lots of storage underneath. There is a 1000W power inverter powered by the battery, and receptacle powered by external extension cord. The following upgrades/repairs were done professionally by Fennell’s RV Repair: - New caulking around the seams of the windows and roof vent in October 2024 - New tires in March 2025 - New brake drums and plates, and a breakaway switch installed in March 2025 There is a propane furnace and a stovetop installed, however we had the gas lines removed as they weren’t up to current safety code and we weren’t using them anyway. We did receive an estimate to have that work done at Fennel’s RV Repair Ltd. Propane tanks not included. Length- 14’ Height- 7’ Lightweight and can be towed by most SUVs.
