Room for rent in a Spacious 3br/2bath condo in View Royal. $800/month including internet, hydro, and in-unit laundry. Situated in one of nicer neighborhoods in Victoria, 3 min walk to Thetis lake and Galloping Goose trail, 15 min drive to downtown Victoria and short drive to Langford. Room has a huge closet and unfurnished. Bathroom will be shared with one person. Kitchen and living area are shared. Looking for the right fit who is non-smoker, non-partier. This suite will be perfect for a student or a young professional as it is in a quiet area, and would give that much appreciated peace and quiet after a long day at school/work. Room will be available on Feb 1st or March 1st. You will be sharing the suite with me, a male health care professional and my 2 year old Shiba inu and another male who works at the base. I am easy-going, clean and a tidy person.
