One furnished bedroom available in a 3+ bedroom, two level, 2 full bath home. Available November 15 or December 1. Could be available earlier if needed. The room is bright and on the main (upper) floor. Furnished with a dresser, new double size bed frame and mattress, night stand, blinds, curtains, and small table. Bed linens provided. There's room for a small desk for anyone who would like to add one. The bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and deck are shared with two other people (one university age male and one female, not a couple) and two indoor cats. There are no suites above or below us, we have both floors of the home to ourselves. We're looking for someone clean, respectable, respectful, and familiar with living in a shared living household. $1025 per month including all utilities (heat, hydro, internet, etc.). $510 Deposit. Best household fit would be a student, young professional or military. Female strongly preferred. Sense of humour a must :-) Rental references required. Quick access to to the 15 and 24 bus stops.
