$825 · Fernwood - Furnished room in 4br home - $825 + utils (Victoria)

Hello friends :) We are looking for a new human to fill a *furnished* room starting November 1st (2025) in a large 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom suite that is part of 4plex in Fernwood. We are a couple and a friend in our 30s who work mostly morning/afternoon hours. We have a 7 year old kitty who is a little wild but sweet. We love animals, but unfortunately can't accommodate additional pets :( We love to play music, share food, have projector movie nights, craft, go hiking/biking, and hang out around the fire. The room is south facing, and is 10' x 8' Basic household supplies and heat included in rent (toilet paper, various kitchen items etc) Tenants are responsible for their share of hydro + internet (usually about $50-60/month total). Rent/Utilities for November will be prorated depending on move-in date. We'd love to live with folks who are experienced in community living, are easy going, have good communication skills and are up for contributing to keeping our space comfortable and clean. We have a monthly cleaning schedule and do our best to share household chores equally. The house has: 1 full bath + 1/2 bath Working fireplace Dishwasher Balcony Backyard with fruit trees (plum, apple, fig, peach) Small shared garden plot 1 covered parking spot Shared laundry with our neighbour downstairs ($1.25 per cycle) Mobile air conditioning which can be started on hot days of the year Transit: Close to the 28/27, 10, 14, 15, and 22. * sub-lease requirements: no smoking, single occupancy per room.
