Available starting in December 2025. Please read my whole ad since I have revised many parts of it. I will start out with a bit of the revised part. I am searching for someone who is looking for a reduced rent for being my woodsman. I have a wood furnace that needs tending in the cold months and some yard work in the warm months. I do my own mowing. In return I have a nice and very spacious bedroom available for rent. My home is located in Mill Bay/Cobble Hill. I am fairly close to the Highway, near the Petro Can Gas Station, a short distance away on acreage. It is a 20 minute drive to Langford, 15 to Duncan and 5 minutes to Mill Bay. I am looking for an easy going, working tenant, that fits right in. I live in a large home which is peaceful and easy for you to enjoy your privacy. The kitchen and laundry are easily shared. I work and am also out quite a bit so I may only be seen for a passing hi or bye. If you have a non scratching cat, I will charge $50 more.
