Share this spacious 4 bedrooms 2 baths with 2 housemates. Looking for a third respectful mature compatible housemate to live with. The place: Beautiful and bright upper suite. Front deck, back patio, shared yard, plenty of parking. Utilities not included, it should be about 300$/month including internet. Close to the Red Barn on Vanalman making this very central with easy access to the HWY1 and HWY 17. No smoking of any kind and no pets allowed. Downsides: Shared laundry. We can hear the traffic outside a bit. The fireplace and central air you see in the pictures are not functional. You get a good size unfurnished bedroom and share the main bathroom with 1 person. There is some storage/play space in the garage and plenty of closets We share a large kitchen, dining room, big living room. (furnished) Me: I’m a professional in my 40s with regular 9-5 work schedule. I do work from home about 2 days/wk. I frequent the gym, enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking and disc golfing. I like to read, play games and often have a craft project on the go. I want our place to be a cozy, relaxing place to call home. It should be a sanctuary we feel happy to return to. Jordan: Has the master bedroom with his own bathroom. He works away for weeks at a time to return home full time for weeks at a time. You: Respectful. I know I’ve said that already but it really sums it all. Tidy, considerate, good communicator, open minded.
