Royal Roads University is only 10 minutes away by car or about 30 minutes by bus, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk from the house. About the House * Bedrooms: Three bright and welcoming rooms available. * 2 Bathroom: Shared with one or two other roommates. * Common Areas: Spacious living and dining areas, plus a deck and a backyard. * Laundry: Separate laundry room. * Storage: Potential access to large storage spaces, including a big garage. * Parking: On-site parking available.
