Hey there! I’m looking for a room mate in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. The home has beautiful vaulted ceilings and an open living space. The bedrooms are on separate floors so lots of privacy. The home has heated floors throughout and in suite laundry. Aprox 2430 sqft You will get: 1 furnished bedroom with a incredibly comfortable full sized bed, 42 inch TV with android box, table, window coverings and sheets if needed. Full sized closet in the bedroom. 1 full size bathroom with a deep tub 1 full sized deck to do as you please. The home is situated very close to Mill hill in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of outside adventuring to be had! The home itself is very quiet and so is the neighbourhood. It is very close to many amenities including shopping, fitness and restaurants. I own a cleaning company and I spend most of my time at work. When I am not at work I am usually at the gym, out adventuring or doing chores around the house. I am very clean so everything always looks wonderful and fresh. I’m also willing to do all of the big house chores (aside from basic cleaning up after oneself) for a small monthly fee. Rent is 1100 monthly and your share of utilities (hydro, water, internet) which usually costs around 100$ a month depending on the season. There is street parking available and pets are negotiable on a case by case basis. I do have one cat who fluctuates his time from inside and outside. Room is available December 1st, 2024
