It is ideally suited to a student or single person -located on a main bus route, 5 mins to Costco and 5 mins to Westshore Mall. 2 doors down from Langford Lake dock access. Lovely, cosy home with spacious front and back yard. Gas heat, fireplace and hot water. Storage space available in insulated storage shed. Parking for one I am a friendly, outgoing mature woman. I am looking for a tidy and courteous person to share accom. I am quiet, courteous and respectful. I enjoy people, outdoors, cooking, reading, music and some TV. I live with one cat and work full-time days and I’m away 3+ evenings a week
