This is an ideal location for individuals working in the nearby commercial areas. The rent is $1,050/M for a person. Free street parking is available. The rent includes garbage collection and internet. You need to share the utility cost (BC Hydro and water). The water bill is quite small. We decide to charge that because we would like to enforce the tenants to reduce waste water. We specifically looking for a responsible and quiet tenant.
