I am looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom one bathroom apartment starting September 1st. Located in Esquimalt, steps from the bus to UVic, its a great spot for students. There are cafes and restaurants in walking distance, as well as grocery stores, a library and several parks. Downtown is 10 minutes away by bus. One of my favourite moments this spring was seeing orcas from shore fifteen minutes from my house. There is an apple tree in the front yard and a pear tree in the back yard. The larger of two bedrooms with a full closet is available. The space comes fully furnished, however if you have your own furniture there is storage space available so that you can make your space your own. Everything is included in the price of rent except for wifi. There is a full kitchen, living room/dining room shared laundry with the upstairs tenants (who are very nice and quiet) and lots of natural light. There is parking and a shared backyard. I am a second year law student at UVic and my ideal roommate would also be a mature student or a young professional. I value having a calm living space and spend most of my time studying, ideally you are also looking for a quiet home.
