Hi there, We are subletting a fully furnished private bedroom. The room comes with a desk, table, and double bed. Location is a small house near Uptown / Tillicum area, and is close to all major bus routes (downtown, uvic, Langford, etc) The house has wifi, laundry, shared kitchen, and yard as well Netflix/ streaming apps and driveway parking. Towels and bedding are provided too. Room would probably be a great fit for someone new to town or moving between places. Female candidates preferred and will not be accepting couples or pets. We are quiet, friend and easygoing (mid 30’s couple ). I work most of the week so you will have plenty of space to yourself. My ideal sublet type: - respectful - fully employed or student - Friendly island traveller Damage deposit, and references are required. There is street parking. Rent is $900 all included Thanks
