Hey folks, 3(ish) month sublet available April 1st!! (Possibility of extension!) Unfurnished or partially furnished. Looking for a roomie who would mesh with our clean, comfy and adorable character home. This is a quiet shared space with a beautiful yard, large and beautiful living room and kitchen, and clawfoot tub! Open to someone for April 1st (possibly sooner if needed). $975, Everything included! (If we extend beyond three months, we will need to re-negotiate this). Looking for someone who's skilled at living with others and knows how to strike a balance between enjoying alone time vs. social time in the house. We are two females, and two sweet pets, the house has been harmonious and clean, and we’d love to keep it that way! Please note that the room is for one person (no couples) and I'm allergic to smoke and almost all furry pets. deposit required to secure the room. If interested, please DM me and tell me about you!
