Hi everyone! I am subletting my room from January 1st to May 31st for $800 (+$60ish for utilities). It is in the new condo development in Belmont Market (Langford). ⭐️The room is furnished, with a queen bed, a desk, a large closet, and a small nightstand/dresser. It has lots of natural lighting and looks over the balcony. You will also have a bathroom pretty much all to yourself! ⭐️Condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and extra freezer for storage. It is on the 5th (top) floor, and super quiet - nobody walking above us and our neighbors are very quiet. ⭐️It is close to many grocery stores (walmart, thrifties, superstore), and bus stops: 1hr direct to UVic during rush hour, 8 min direct to Royal Roads, 30 min direct to downtown. Street parking is available. ⭐️Your roommates are a couple studying at UVic, and their cat! Teresa and Soly are the perfect blend of nerdy and laidback, both enjoying movie nights and game nights. They are respectful of personal space, and tidy in communal areas. Cee-cee (their cat) is very friendly and loves cuddles and sleeping. ⭐️While this is a sublet for the spring semester, I will be looking for someone to take over the lease starting in September as well!
