Noise curfew in effect 11 pm - 7 am . Use of amplification systems, sound bars etc is not permitted in the home. All media must be turned down to very minimal volumes or used with headphones after 11 pm . No parties or large gatherings. No commercial activity, ie creating or selling goods or services from the premises.
