$1,300 · Furnished room near UVic

Available November 1, 2025, length of stay flexible. Hi, I’m looking for a room mate. I have a furnished bedroom available in a 3bdr 1.5 bath house (not a basement suite) that I‘m renting out short to mid-term, flexible dates. The house is located in beautiful Gordon Head near UVic and Mt. Doug, with direct Bus routes to UVic (#12, #39), Camosun Interurban (#39) and Victoria Downtown (#27, #28). The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk and 50inch TV. The room also comes with internet, streaming services and all other utilities included. I‘m late 30s, originally from Europe and the only other person living in the space. I love the outdoors and am easy going, but prefer a quieter home. I have a small dog part time (approx. 2 months on and off), see pics. I‘m renting the furnished all inclusive room monthly $1.300 for single occupancy (or $1.500 for double).
