The room has a lock for total privacy and comes furnished with a twin bed/mattress in like-new condition, desk, chair, full-size mirror, closet and under bed storage. The common area, which is shared with the other 2 females, includes the bath, kitchen, dining and laundry. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware. *** To keep things easy and safe, ONLY ONE PERSON is permitted in each room and NO VISITORS are allowed, so at all times there will be a maximum of 3 ladies in the suite. *** The monthly rent is $850.
