We are looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful roomie to share our cozy 3 bedroom apartment. We are 1 male in his 20s and 1 middle aged female (currently away until February). Located on the border between Vic West and Esquimalt, the three story apartment building is close to bus routes, shopping, the ocean, the galloping goose trail, coffee shops, and restaurants. Other details: south facing bedroom, no elevator, street parking only, laundry room on site, no pets, no smoking, large east facing balcony off living room. Hydro and wi-fi included. We are open to students needing a home for only a semester or two, or to employed individuals looking for a longer term residence.
