$2,000 · Looking for 2 Bdr Suite for 1 Cat with 2 Working Adults

My brother and I are looking for a 2 bedroom rental suite or apartment for around $2000 a month. We are both in our mid 30’s, employed, and are not smokers or partiers, however I do have an indoor cat who is 15 years old and doesn't do much more than eat and sleep. We both commute a fair distance for work so we’re hoping to find something close to downtown or with easy access to the highway, enough parking for 2 vehicles, and preferably includes laundry, either private or shared. We are looking for something available October 1st but can be flexible with the move in date as my brother has until the end of the month to move out of the room he is renting currently. The only reason he is leaving is because the house was just sold and both of us are happy to provide references! Thanks for reading!
