This room in our clinic is available 5 days per week (room-share available), days are flexible. Innerlife Health Services is a small, professional clinic and established collective of health practitioners, located in the Royal Oak Shopping Centre, who run their businesses and practices independently but share a collegial space and mutual values rooted in whole health, connection, and community. The location is central to many areas of the city and is also easily accessible by bus. The shopping centre has a good selection of stores that allow people to pick up groceries, pharmacy items and more before/after an appointment. Access to other health providers in the same complex allows people to attend multiple health appointments in the same location. 3 hour parking is available for clients, and parking is free for tenants. The clinic is on the ground floor with its own entrance, is wheelchair accessible, and has its own accessible bathroom and a little kitchenette. The room is 75 square feet. Our clinic offers great autonomy of practice (you set your own hours), and after hours security. Rent is monthly, based on your number of days per week, with no commission. $1065 per month ($53 per day, for 5 days per week). Rent includes GST, Secure Internet connection, Window & website advertising, Tenant/client parking, Clinic cleaning, Clinic supplies & Utilities. (Linen services are additional).
