Hey Victoria! This is a room available for Oct 15 $730/month (+ utilities & internet). Located in the Quadra village area and right beside multiple bus routes. My roommate (F) and I (M) are looking to fill our 3rd room which recently became available on the top floor of our rental house near Quadra Village. We’re easy going, like to keep the place reasonably tidy, and also live with a small dog named Bella. We both spend a good part of the week working. Between the 3 bedrooms there is laundry, wifi, 2 shared bathrooms, and a front and back yard. There is also room for storage, a shared parking spot, and lots of street parking available. The room going up for rent is move-in ready and also has access to the back deck! (See picture).
