The private entrance opens onto a quiet garden with a fish pond. This suite is suitable for one quiet person and is ideal for a graduate student or someone who wants a tranquil place to study. The bedroom has a double bed, night table and dresser with two canopy-style windows which can open to provide a cross-breeze. All linens are provided. The living room has a window looking out onto the garden, a desk and chair, a couch, coffee table, book shelf, wall-mounted 4K TV and a second dresser. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer oven, Instant Pot, Nutribullet blender, rice cooker, kettle, two-burner convection hot plate and a double sink. Dishes, silverware and glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and a vacuum cleaner are all provided. There is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room with two stools. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. There is high quality laminate flooring in the living room, bedroom and kitchen, with tile flooring in the bathroom. There are area rugs in the living room and bedroom. There is a separate heat pump providing heating and air conditioning for the suite. High-speed wired and wireless Internet, Netflix and AppleTV+ are included. There is a shared laundry on site and a storage locker immediately outside of the suite. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the suite. There is a covered outdoor area (pictured by the fish pond) where smoking and vaping are permitted. Off-street parking for a small car is available for $50 additional per month. A summer lease is available from May 15, 2025 to August 15, 2025 ONLY. References and a guarantor (if necessary) are required. Renter's insurance is also required as a lease condition.
