My Son (26), his friend (M26) and I (F47) and our under 10lb senior dog would like to rent a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom place in Saanich, Victoria, James Bay, Oak Bay or Vic West. Myself and my Son’s friend work and my Son is on Income Assistance. We are looking for at least a one year lease but would be happier renting for longer. We are looking to move in Jan. 31st as my Son and I are currently living with my Mother but her care including Alzheimers is becoming to much so we are moving out to let a trained carer move in. We do not smoke or party as the dog and I are too old for that and both Son and his Friend are sensitive to smoke.
