$2,800 · Seeking a 3 bedroom rental view royal area

I’m hoping to network with this helpful Community to help me and my two girls find a new home. Time is on our side so if anyone knows of a three bedroom house/duplex/townhouse coming for rent soon let’s connect! I desperately want to stay in the area. We are currently on Wyndeatt ave and would like to move closer to View Royal Elementary or stay close by. We have been in our current rental for three years and due to my landlord selling I’m looking for a new place while we have the time to find the perfect fit. I am a grad student and employed with Island Health as a youth counsellor. We have two indoor/outdoor cats and a small 15lb dog who we crate during the day or when we are not home. All my pets are fixed, insured and get regular veterinary care. I have excellent references for myself and our pets, and have been a 3x homeowner previous to relocating to the island. I take pride in my home and am looking for a great landlord. Bonus if there is a suite too as my upstairs Neighbours would love to continue to live together if possible. My budget is tight for the next two years and I currently pay $2850 plus hydro. I am a reliable renter and looking for longer term. Happy to sign a lease. Thank you!
