Adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, looking for someone to rent the second bedroom upstairs starting May 1st, 2025. This would be for a one year lease. Rent is $889.06 with utilities not included. Located by Hillside Mall Area, a 7 minute drive from UVIC and 2 min walk to bus stop. There is a park, community garden and play ground behind the house! We have a decent sized backyard with fruit trees:) Super friendly and quiet area. There is a parking spot in the front driveway. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. The bedroom available has high ceilings, lots of wall space, 2 windows and a closet. It will come mostly furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser and desk. There is a bathroom across the hall that will be shared with another roommate. We have a shared kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. We are looking for a female roommate, as we are two early twenties, female students. Chai is a student at Camosun College, and Jayda goes to UVIC. We have lived at this home for the past 2 years, and sadly our current roommate is moving out soon. We would love to welcome someone who is chill, fun, creative and friendly with good communication!
