Available April 1 or possibly sooner for female tenant. Spacious, self-contained and large room with full private bathroom in quiet, clean and safe house and neighborhood. ALL utilities are included: in 900$ a month rent; water, hydro, laundry etc. + Wi-Fi + and a fully furnished bedroom. Spacious and clean room. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, large closet, mini fridge and microwave and other misc kitchen appliances. Our small family lives upstairs and there are 4 rooms (including this one) rented to other female students. Private entrance to house. Very secure! Access to mini kitchen - with many appliances in shared area. All dishes and cooking utensils are provided. Beautiful and large back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything!
