$2,525 · I will pay you $500 to take over my lease

Unit is located in Vic West, at the sought after Dockside Green development. On the final day of February I will vacate this unit with 3 months left on the lease. You can move in on March 1st. The rent for those 3 months is $2525 a month, after which you are free to sign a new agreement with the rental office. To be clear, this is not a sub-lease situation. You are fully taking over the remainder of the rental lease. The unit will not be furnished. For doing this I will pay you $500 — but only after you sign the lease. Lease will be signed in the rental office here in the building (they have staff on-site). I understand that this is highly unorthodox, but I’m eager to move into a new condo I bought and this makes the most financial sense.
