Maxum 23.5 ft. boat

Maxum 2300SC   Weekender New 5.7 liter MerCruiser engine with fuel injection, a   V berth, porta-potty, shower on swim grid, fridge, alcohol burner, freshwater cooling, trim tabs, dual batteries, dinghy,   extended canvass etc. This is just like a brand-new boat with a new engine & perfect fiberglass and canvas. I purchased the boat new and only use it 4 months a year. I keep it on shore for the other 8 months. It is in   my boathouse at Canoe Cove in the summer & at my friends' warehouse the rest of the year. I have just reduced the price by $6,000 because I do not have a trailer which   many   people seem   to   want. It is at my boathouse now to see or go for a test cruise. (My boathouse is also for sale).
