$800 · Baldwin Hamilton Upright Piano, 1962, great sounding and playing

For sale: sadly having to part with this beautiful Baldwin Hamilton upright that has been in the family for decades (very likely 2nd owners.) Built in 1962 (serial #204876), it sounds great, plays great & looks great. Hardly any superficial wear (missing one cover knob, easy to replace.) Our trusted many decades piano tuner has said it is a Hamilton of exceptional build quality for the time it was built. Has a Dampp-Chaser plug in humidity control system if you wish to ever use it. Moving at the end of the month and very much hoping to find a good home for it. The price ranges I've seen online for very similar Baldwin Hamiltons of or close to same year are from $1,000 to $2,000 + (CAD.) Asking a very reasonable $800.
