Awesome for touring, yet more than capable and adaptable for city riding and commuting. I have owned a number of Harleys but this one is by far the most reliable and comfortable compared to the others. These late model Twin Cooled High Output 103’s are probably the best engine Harley has produced – extremely reliable, very powerful and pass with ease even loaded up. The high torque means you are not constantly changing gears in the mountains. With the twin cooling, it is very comfortable to ride in hot weather. Being a Ultra Limited, this bike has the High Output 103" engine which over 10% stronger than the standard 103's. 2014 was the first year of Project Rushmore. This gives features such as vented lower fairings, windshield and fairing vents for less buffeting, ergonomic handlebar controls, one-hand latches on saddle bags and tour pack, exhaust and engine heat shields, stiffer front forks, adjustable rear air suspension, cruise control, reflex linked Brembo brakes, ABS, hydraulic clutch, LED head light and fog lights, heated hand grips, a great infotainment system including GPS, two power ports and many more improvement over previous models. This bike handles exceptionally well on all surfaces (even gravel) and has killer brakes. Some of the extras of my bike are: 1. Stage 1 with Vance and Hines slip-ons, and Screaming Eagle high flow air filter 2. Fully adjustable and articulated highway pegs 3. Front fork tie down lugs 4. Saddle bag guards 5.
