$40 · $40 to move 4 pieces of furniture

Hi I'm looking for someone to help me unload a couch, loveseat, dresser, and mattress from my cargo van tomorrow(Monday September 15) morning @10:00AM. Nothing super heavy like solid wood, or oversized. It's at an apartment on cook st, there's an elevator, shouldn't take long. I'll pay $40 cash.
