86"x36" In good shape just needs a new home. Bottom cushions are removable and the covers can be washed and they have been. We have a dog that claimed one end as hers but no damage because of her. There is on small spot of the fabric freying but flip it over and it disappears. Just moved it to the garage to free up the basement but it was used in the home. Cannot deliver.
