$100 · very clean sturdy sofa in excellent condition, never used

very clean sturdy sofa in excellent condition. It was never used as was in our living room where we only used the sofa in the family room. Since then we have moved and still use only the sofa that was in the family room as best suits the decor. Two people came to look at the sofa and wanted it but weren't prepared to remove the screw that was on each of the four short feet. The movers did this in a flash. This would be necessary to take the sofa as it has to go out a door with a screen door with a frame that is slightly wider than the main door. The sofa is worth well over $100 so suggest getting a mover to move it and pay the going rate these days of around $125 an hour. Then you have a very decent sofa for only $225 and you've saved your backs!
