It starts on the first pull (no priming or choke settings are necessary), and is FWD self-propelled so it will assist with most of the pushing force needed to move the mower forward. This mower can mulch grass with the installed mulching blade and integrated mulch plug, or be used with the included grass bag. This mower has been fully tuned-up and is in great condition.
