Introductory labor rate of $25.00/hour for 2 hours, to give you the opportunity to evaluate the quality of my services. Then we can discuss what would be a fair labor rate for future work. For reference, the labor rate I charged in Victoria was $45.00/hour. I am not seeking "one-time jobs". I am available only for home owners who would like me to perform regular garden maintenance on their property (or tackle garden renovation projects, like replacing old overgrown shrubs with new shrubs). I would also be available for a position of property caretaker (part-time or full-time). Services offered: pruning, trimming, selecting and planting deer-resistant shrubs, bark mulch application, spring and fall cleanup, lawn fertilizing and de-mossing, lawn renovation and repair, etc. I am 57, healthy, semi-retired from a career in project management, non smoker, non drinker, non drug user.
