Off-white, linen-like, fabric, still in the wrapper. Never used. The lampshade is 10 inches (255mm) high X 16 1/2 inches (418mm) in diameter. The finial is silver. The photos make it look like there is a rim around the top of the shade. There is no rim; it is alI off-white, top to bottom. We are one block from the Legislative Buildings downtown.
