Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server / Front Counter attendant to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Must be able to handle a fast pass well on shift. This is an evening and weekend position. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed during their visit. Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist customers with their selections. Handle food preparation tasks as necessary, ensuring compliance with food handling standards. Keep the cashier area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices within the food industry is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
