Caregiver/Companion

Full time position available for an experienced and mature female caregiver/companion to assist with and manage the personal care and social needs of a positive minded young woman who lives with Cerebral Palsy in her own self contained suite. Reliability, managerial skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and good physical condition are essential to this position. An outgoing personality with a sense of humour would be highly appreciated by the individual supported. Must have good driving skills as the individual has her own wheelchair equipped van. MCA/RCA certification will reflect a higher wage. Availability to have some flexibility in your schedule from time to time is an asset. Criminal record check (valid within the last 6 months), current first aid certification and a drivers abstract must be provided.
