Brand new, in original wooden frame. I paid $1500 after taxes for a cancelled project. This frame has been kept tarped, dry and clean. Frame measures 79"x72" - doors 34". White in color with screen door, handle and hardware in bag. I am seeking only half my expenditure back as I want this gone to free up space. My loss is your gain. Serious buyers only - you WILL need a second person to transport as it is heavy and you WILL need a truck with tie-downs.
