$1,234 · ISO a Long-term permanent rental

I'm asking the impossible and looking for anything detached, cabin, cottage, carriage house, even shack I could fix up, I'm pretty self sufficient & handy, I have been living with nothing but wood heat for the last 5 years in big old house on a beautiful big peice of property, but unfortunately my days are numbered, the house is set to be demolished soon. I would like a detached place a sxs duplex, townhouse or even a basement suite could work as long as I can bring my roommate's, 3 mature, well behaved & trained indoor/outdoor cat's, mom & adult son along with his best bud, they have been together since birth, all fixed, all shots, and well cared for. I can pay up to $1800 if there are some utilities included, $1600 with no utilities except for the basic water & sewer. I'm 64 retired, with good sources of income, I grew up in Mill Bay, but owned homes in Duncan, Shawnigan & Mill Bay, spent many years working in Cowichan Bay, and have spent the last 5 years living in Cobble Hill so I would be extremely happy to find a place anywhere in one of these areas as long as it wasn't right on the Highway so it was safe for my furry roommate's, and would even move to the crofton are for the right place.. I can provide a Landlord reference, but only my present Landlord's reference as I was always a homeowner prior to this rental, and have personal references. I live a quiet life, have a couple severe pain conditions, also have a bit of OCD LOL.. obsessively clean, I just like my home clean and organized inside & out all time, so when I'm feeling not to bad I clean or work in yard that's my life.. So if you're looking for a quiet long-term, friendly tenant that is responsible, takes care your place likes she owns it, I'm your girl..
