Seeking home for rent

Family of three seeks long term home in Victoria, Fairfield, James Bay, Oak Bay or Fernwood preferred. We are home owners on Pender Island with a rental history in Victoria and excellent references. Mom and two older children, one in high school (private so catchment not an issue) and one at UVIC (on full scholarship). Preferred move in is July but flexible for the right home, June to September.
