Hello. My family and I are looking for a home to rent in the Gordon head area. We have an excellent record of renting in the past and also have an excellent employment history. My husband is a professional and I am a stay at home mom. We are looking for a long term lease and home we could watch our children grow in. Our current landlords have sold their home. Which is why we are on the hunt once again. We do have an elderly dog (13) who does not bark and is very low maintenance. She also has excellent records. We would like to stay in the Gordon head area as our 2 children attend schools here. We have been renting in the area for 4 years and our landlords have never had a complaint or a phone call from us. We pay our rent promptly and are quiet neighbours. Our children are active in the local sporting community. We volunteer at multiple associations in areas of the Gordon head community to help it thrive and grow.
