Small Family Looking for a Long-Term Home!

Hi there! We are looking for a long term place to really call home! Our ideal home would have a fenced yard, a shop or garage space for Riley's tools, room for gardening, and be pet and family friendly (we have 3 elderly dogs and a 4 month old little girl). We'd ideally like our own private space, rather than be in a suite under or over other tenants; although we are open to duplex type situations. We are looking to move ASAP due to a recent mold discovery in our current residence. We will need to vacate the home for it to be fixed as it's a building/heating issue, but for the right fit we could likely make a later move in date work.
