This space offers beautiful views of the ocean on the front and a creek on the back. The cabin is right beside the creek and you can view nature almost every day like otters, ducks, herons, king fishers ect. There is lots of walking trails starting at the end of the driveway. There is parking for 2 or 3 vehicles. There is plenty of storage space available including a 8 b 8 shed and a really tall shed for the firewood. yes there is a wood stove in this cabin. There is a decent front yard with a fenced in area. inside the cabin is a 10 by 11 bedroom and a 17 by 11 kitchen / living space. In the bathroom is a shower unit (No Bath tub) and a stacked washer and dryer, of course a toilet. This unit was freshly renovated last summer except the floors. it is in really nice shape with a fresh coat of paint inside. The unit is very easy to heat with firewood and a little bit of electicity when your not home because it is well insulated. I'm asking half a month for dmg deposit and another half a month if your bringing a pet. There is about a cord of firewood already here for this unit so it would be good if you know how to use a wood stove. Hydro would be shared and its usually cheap on hydro. The cabin is ready to be hooked up with your internet and cable. it could be shaw or telus.
